I am self-taught, aside from grade school art classes. Art has always been there for me and has helped me navigate some dark places. I’ve always had an affinity for it. I’m by no means a professional, but I really enjoy creating. I would love to be part of a community who also loves art. My family and friends are supportive, but they are not artsy (their words, not mine), so it’s hard to talk to them about art-related things. I haven’t found my niche yet. I enjoy acrylics, watercolor, pencil, air-dry clay, polymer clay, mixed media, and painting objects like pots.
