Terry Pasquale
We are looking forward to seeing you this coming Wednesday, August 14, at 6:30 pm for our Sherman Artists meeting. The agenda promises to be an insightful one. Terry Pasquale will be sharing her ideas on how to leverage your art. We all aspire to sell a big piece of artwork, but sometimes a customer needs a smaller something, perhaps a gift for someone. Come and learn how Terry creates gifts with her artwork. It’s a meeting you won’t want to miss!

June 12 Meeting
Deborah Rose is a lifelong writer, poet and award-winning journalist and photographer with 30 years’
experience in community journalism. Today, she is the editor, writer and photographer for the Town of
New Milford’s tourism and community website, NewMilfordNow. Prior to that, she worked for the
former New Milford Times and, in 1998, helped to launch the Greater New Milford Spectrum, where she
worked until the end of 2020.
May 8 Meeting
Michael Garland is also a fine artist with a long list of gallery shows and awards. His work has been featured in American Artist Magazine, Print Magazine, Communication Arts and Conservation Magazine. Recently, his painting, Lattice Face, won an award at the annual Mark Twain Library Art Show. Michael Garland has been invited all over the country to make presentations about his work at schools, from elementary age to graduate students. He has been a professor at Marist and Mount Saint Mary Colleges. www.michaelgarlandfineart.com
April 10th Meeting
Doreen O’Connor is a painter in acrylic and watercolor who prefers to work en Plein air (on-site, outside). She is going to give us a demo of her Plein Air set-up which is light weight, portable and as complete as possible along with money saving tips. She will also give a brief painting demo if time permits.
