Great Hollow Photography Club – Terms and Conditions

Juried Art Show May 19 – June 30, 2023

All accepted works of art must be securely wired from side to side for hanging: i.e., no saw-tooth hangers.  We will take every caution with the artwork. The artist understands that Great Hollow Photographers Club does not provide insurance for loss or breakage and that the artist must provide this insurance if desired.

For accepted work, please send your hanging fee by Friday, May 5, 2023.   Please make checks payable to “Sherman Artists Association.” and mail to Linda T Hubbard, 6 Briggs Hill Road, Sherman, Conn. 06784 or pay with a card online

Accepted work must be hand-delivered on Wednesday, May 17th, 3 – 7 pm or Thursday, May 18th, 3 – 5 pm to Great Hollow.  The show will be hung May 19th at 5 pm.

Join us and invite others to come to the Opening Reception in the barn at Great Hollow on Friday, May 19th, 6:30 – 8:30 pm

Encourage your friends and family to come to the show 10 am – 4 pm on Saturday, May 20 & Sunday, May 21

Unsold work must be picked up on Sunday, May 21st between 4 & 6 PM.
