Open Positions
Our By-Laws define the positions as follows:
Secretary
The Secretary gives notice of and attends all meetings of the Board of Directors, keeps the minutes of all Board meetings, and has charge of the books, documents, and papers the Board determines. The Secretary attests to documents of the Corporation and is one of the officers who may sign checks or drafts.
The Secretary performs all duties incident to the office, subject to the control of the Board, along with other duties the Board may assign from time to time. The Secretary may designate an acting secretary to attend and record any meeting they are unable to attend.
Member at Large
This is a non-officer position. Members at Large participate in Board meetings and:
- With the other Board members, supervise the activities of the organization, its officers, and members, and act in the best interest of the organization
- Participate in corporate decision-making and help with other tasks as requested by the officers
How to Express Interest
