ArtFest Application – Terms and Conditions

2023 ArtFest – June 23-25 at the Jewish Community Center

ArtFest is an in-person held at the JCC. This is a jury show; artists must submit three (3) digital images via this form. All work submitted and shown at the ArtFest must be personally created by the artist.

The deadline for submissions is May 12. Accepted artists will receive a notification via email regarding acceptance by May 17.

Upon approval, the ArtFest entry fee is $60 for members and $75 for non-members. The entry fee will be taken online and paid to Sherman Artists Association for accepted work. All artists are responsible for displaying, setting up, insurance, and selling their work. Outdoor spaces are not provided tents, the artists provides their own.

Join us and invite others to the ArtFest and meet wonderfully talented artists. The opening reception is Friday, June 23, 2023 from 6 to 8 pm, and the show continues on June 24 and 25 from 10 to 4 pm at the JCC, 9 Route 39 S, Sherman, CT 06784.

Show Times – Opening Reception, Friday, June 23, from 6 to 8 pm
June 24 and 25 from 10 to 4 pm
Breakdown, Pack up, Move out – June 25 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm
