Fundraiser for the Sherman Art Center

Thank You for Making Our Very First Sherman Art Center Fundraiser on July 11th a Success!

On behalf of the Sherman Artists Association (SAA), we thank everyone who came and supported the Summer Evening for the Arts on July 11, 2026 at the White Silo Winery. Your support and contributions played a meaningful role in making our initial fundraiser a success and brought us closer to realizing our vision for a future art center.

Sherman is a community rich in arts and culture, with vibrant institutions such as the Sherman Playhouse, the JCC, the Historical Society, the library, and our local winery. But there is a missing piece—a dedicated space for the visual arts. With everyone’s support, we are taking important steps towards filling that void.

A Sherman Art Center will represent more than just a building—it is an investment in creativity, community, and opportunity. It will provide a dedicated space for artists to create, collaborate, and share their work, while offering educational programs and cultural experiences for the wider community.

The Sherman Artists Association is proud to represent more than 100 artists, and our membership continues to grow. Your generosity not only supports artists, but also helps build a lasting cultural resource.

SAA is truly grateful for your commitment to the arts and for being part of this important effort. We will keep you updated on our progress and hope you continue to stay involved as we make this vision a reality.
