Kim Zarney, Judge

I enjoy the physical act of painting.

Born in Medina, Ohio, Kim Zarney attended Syracuse University and graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting and Printmaking. Following school, Zarney worked as an illustrator, graphic designer and advertising agency creative director. For the past fifteen years, he has pursued a fine arts career with a specific focus on monochromatic works-on-paper.
Inspired by elements of the natural world, Zarney’s work has been seen in over 70 national and regional juried art exhibitions and is included in numerous public and private collections.
