August Light Art Show Application – Terms and Conditions

August Light Art Show – August 4 – 27, 2023 at the Kent Art Association

August Light Art Show is an in-person art show held at the Kent Art Association. This is a jury show; artists must submit a digital image for each work submitted via this form. Up to four (4) digital images can be accepted. All work submitted and shown at August Light Art Show must be personally created by the artist.

The deadline for submissions is July 10th. Accepted artists will receive a notification via email regarding acceptance by July 15th.

The ARTIST is responsible for setting the price of all their ARTWORK and providing hazard and liability insurance for their work.

Upon approval, the August Light Art Show entry fee is $20 for members and $35 for non-members. The entry fee will be paid online to Sherman Artists Association for accepted work not later than July 23rd. All artists are responsible for delivering their work in ready-to-display form. 

Join us and invite others to the August Light Show and meet wonderfully talented artists.

All work must be brought to Kent Art Association during these times: РMonday, July 31st,  2 pm Р5 pm and Tuesday, August 1st, 2pm Р5 pm.
Opening Reception: Friday, August 4, 2023, from 6 to 8 pm,
Show Times: August 5th through August 27th on Thursdays through Saturdays, from 1 to 5 pm, and on Sundays from 12 to 4 pm
All work must be retrieved from Kent Art Association during these times: – August 27th 4 pm to 6 pm
