SUMMARY:6th Annual Farm Day\, Happy Acres
DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendars for the 6th Annual Farm Day at Happy Acres Farm\, Sherman\, Conn. The Sherman Artists Association (SAA) is delighted to be participating again this year celebrating art\, community and rural charm.  We will be offering farm-themed artworks depicting Happy Acres\, farm life\, countryside scenes\, and similar genres to be raffled to lucky winners.   Raffle tickets are $5 each or 10 for $40.   The raffle is a fundraiser for the Sherman Artists Association.  The event is at Happy Acres Farm\, Saturday\, October 3\, 2026\, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Rain date Oct 4) For more information visit:  shermanartists.org. \n\n\n\nHappy Acres Farm is celebrating its 6th Annual Farm Day. There will be music\, food\, pumpkins for sale\, animal exhibits\, hay rides\, farm equipment and more!  There is something for everyone so come join us for a fun-filled day.   \n\n\n\nThe raffle items include photographs\, paintings\, fused glass and stained-glass artworks by Sherman Artists members.  Buy a raffle ticket and place it by the item you would like.  There will also be a fun art project for young and old! \n\n\n\nSherman is the center for incredible artists and the Sherman Artists Association is delighted to participate in Farm Day. Our mission is dedicated to providing a forum for local artists and to enrich the Sherman community’s cultural life through visual arts.  Learn more about the artists\, the Sherman Artists Association and this event online at ShermanArtists.org or email shermanartists@gmail.com

See how their work is made\, and find something special for the holidays. \n\n\n\n\nCharter Hall\, 1 Route 39 North (behind the firehouse): 12 artists\, plus raffle selection and ticket drop-off\n\n\n\nSherman Jewish Community Center\, 9 Route 39: 8 artists\n\n\n\nHome studios on Cedar Lane Extension\, Sawmill Road\, Briggs Hill Road\, and Coburn Road East: 8 artists.
