DESCRIPTION:The Sherman Artists Association invites you to be part of one of the most exciting creative weekends in our region—Sherman ARTFEST 2026!  Held in the heart of Sherman\, this annual event transforms the Town Green and Charter Hall into a vibrant\, high-energy showcase of art and community. In past years\, over 30 artists have filled the space with paintings\, photography\, woodworking\, pottery\, jewelry\, textiles\, glass\, and more—creating an inspiring experience for both artists and attendees. Deadline for Submission is May 3\, 2026. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n Why artists love ARTFEST:• A full weekend of strong community engagement and art lovers• Indoor + outdoor exhibiting options• A welcoming\, supportive artist environment• High visibility in a well-attended local event \n\n\n\n Artist-Friendly Structure:• Flat entry fee – no commission taken on your sales• Entry fee includes your space + event advertising• Flexible setup – artists are welcome to share booth space if desired \n\n\n\nThis is more than just an art show—it’s a weekend where artists connect\, sell\, and become part of a thriving creative community.  All Painters\, Photographers & 3D artists are welcome to apply! Don’t miss your chance to exhibit\, sell\, and be part of Sherman’s growing art scene.  \n\n\n\nThere will be an opening reception on Friday\, June 19\, 2026\, 6 – 8 pm\, and the show will be open Saturday and Sunday\, June 20 and 21\, 2026\, 10 am – 4pm.   Artists are responsible for their own displays\, setup\, selling their work\, and insurance.  The indoor space is approximately 3’ x 9′\, and there will be panels to display 2D artwork. Artists are encouraged to bring their own tables (max 6’ in length).  Outdoor spaces are 10×10\, and a tent is suggested. All artists are welcome to apply with work created by you\, the artist.  \n\n\n\nArtists are invited to submit three (3) digital images that represent their work.  To apply and submit your images: HERE \n\n\n\nThere is no cost to submit. Deadline for submissions is Midnight Sunday\, May 3\, 2026  \n\n\n\nArtists will be notified of acceptance by May 15th.  Upon acceptance\, the entry fee is:  Inside – $75 Member / $95 nonmember\, and Outside – $50 Member / $70 nonmember.  Note:  The fee is based on space.  Members may share a space\, but all participants must be juried in.  If artists share space\,  one payment to SAA.  Payment is due by May 30\, 2025.
